too many planners, scattered information?

My current planner ecosystem

A few years ago my system was scattered across many planners, and finding a piece of information meant pulling out several books. So I stopped asking every planner to do everything, and gave each one one job.

So I came up with a way to turn my system into a visual. One sun, a few steady companions, and room to add or remove a book without the whole thing falling apart.

how it got this way

One hub, so nothing gets lost

The problem was that every planner was trying to hold a little of everything, so nothing had a real home. Choosing one book as my sun gave the rest of my planners room to do their own jobs.
